!! International items may be subject to delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. These may be caused by changes in transport procedures (e.g. border controls), changes in international transport (e.g. cancellation of previously used flight connections) and/or changes in delivery procedures in the destination country (e.g. quarantine or other protective measures). Depending on the destination country the shipping time from Germany can take up to 30 days, sometimes even longer! Please check the current DHL Corona information:



Basically the order can be picked up directly at our office. Picking-up times are usually possible Monday to Friday between 8:30 and 17:00.

Important: you need to contact us first to set up a date & time to pick your order up in our office.

If your order needs to be with you as soon as possible:

1. Choose payment method: PayPal, Credit card or (if not available) online bank transfer
2. Choose your preferred shipping method – please leave a comment ("express service") while ordering

For shipment outside of Germany: 
Up to 1000g each shipping is done as a registered letter by Deutsche Post. It is insured and can be tracked in over 50 countries. Delivery time varies considerably depending on the country of destination. For all countries not supporting this service we can only track up to the border.

Shipping of orders with pre-ordered items (Preorder): 
We process and ship all orders containing preorder items only on the specified release date. The release date is based on the delivery date given to us by the supplier. There is no guarantee for delivery on this date. In exceptional cases, especially with imported articles, delays may occur. As soon as we receive the article, we will deliver it as soon as possible.

Note: If the order contains several preorder items - with different release dates - the most recent release date of the order applies. There is no possibility for partial delivery. If the order contains items that are to be shipped before the respective release date of the preorder items, please order them separately!

DHL and DPD will attempt delivery once and In the event that you are not at home on delivery leave a card with the address of the post office/parcel shop/name of the neighbour that accepted the package for you. Package tracking is possible. The tracking no. is included in the delivery e-mail message to the customer.

Deutsche Post/ German Postmail

Deutsche Post (German Postmail) delivers registered mail letters (Warenpost International) which are insured and partly trackable (depending on the country of destination). For details please see

** Island surcharges national / international

DPD charges additional costs for shipping to an island or hard to reach areas. The surcharge for shipping to a national (German) island is € 14,50 and € 25,50 for an international island. It will be added automatically during the check-out process.

For these countries apply the prices as to "to other European countries" resp. "to all other countries".


We support following payment methods. Keep in mind the shipping time depends on the chosen payment method.

1. Payment in advance

If you choose to pay in advance you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail directly after the order process. A second e-mail contains the bank details as well as all neccessary order details for the prepayment. As soon as we receive the payment we send an e-mail notification with the current status of your order.

If we do not receive any payment within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail. Please note that we can on only reserve the items of your oder for 14 days in total. After this period we cancel your order to return the goods back for trading. 

2. Payment by online-bank-transfer

Choosing the online-bank-transfer you can pay instantly during the order process by PIN/TAN-method. Your order will be handled and completed directly after the order process.

3. Payment by PayPal

During the order process you will be linked automatically to the secured area of your paypal account. Your order will be handled and completed directly after the order process and successful payment.

4. Payment by creditcard

You can pay by credit card if you have either a VISA CARD, MASTER CARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS (AMEX). During the order process you will be linked automatically to the secured area of your creditcard account.
Your order will be handled and completed directly after the order process and successful payment.

5. Payment on account (invoice)

You can choose "purchase on account" after 5 successful completed orders with us. All invoices are payable within 10 days without deductions. Until then the goods remain the property of Kids-Fanshop GmbH & Co. KG.
